賽博轉型 推APP搶觀光財

中國時報【康文柔╱台北報導】

曾與鴻海合作的賽博集團近年轉型大搶觀光財，創建一連串旅遊APP，準備從日本反攻台灣、大陸市場。其中最受矚目的真人翻譯APP，明年初正式上線，主打中、日、英、韓、泰等各國語言翻譯服務，收費擬訂為1分鐘15元，讓民眾出國旅遊不用擔心語言不通。

賽博數碼原本主力經營3C通路，曾在大陸擁有逾30家賣場，3年前與鴻海合作，風光返台展店，但隨後鴻海調整旗下通路策略，賽博在台發展硬生喊「卡」。直到日前賽博董事長張瑞麟應朋友之邀，回台演講，賽博這2個字才又重新受到圈內人矚目。

不過時隔3年，張瑞麟回台灣，演講主題已不是3C通路，而是創新、創業還有旅遊。原來賽博沒有坐等末路，早已轉型因應，搭上大陸這波創新、創業熱潮，把原本的賣場重新規畫，挪出一部分做創客（Maker）中心。不僅提供工作空間，更為創業者提供硬體開發、資本媒合，創業團隊開發出優秀產品，也即可在賽博賣場販售。

由於大江南北打造了數個創客基地，賽博蒐羅許多創新人才，張瑞麟乃以「旅遊」為主軸切入，開發一系列相關的APP，大搶觀光財。

看準台灣與大陸人都愛日本旅遊，賽博在日本建立辦公室，與東京、京都與大阪等各個景點合作，以騰訊的微信（WeChat）為基礎，建置中文版線上簡介與導覽手冊，舉例遊客到東京某個著名百貨遊覽，只要使用微信「搖一搖」功能，可看見該百貨公司的中文型錄，還有當地店家消費折扣券。

另外，還有線上真人翻譯APP，出國旅遊如果看不懂菜單，不知道怎麼跟當地人溝通，可透過手機視訊，讓翻譯人員幫忙看菜單或問路，賽博第一波開通的語言包括中、日、英、韓、泰，未來還會陸續增加。
