赴泰實習 趁年輕闖一闖

「年輕就該出去闖一闖！」佛光大學公共事務系黃詩媛今年寒假經由學校安排前往泰國「AK Group」實習1個半月，她坦言，出發前真的很害怕，僅能逼著自己不要去想，當踏上飛機那一刻，她告訴自己「沒有回頭路了，不管如何都要把實習撐完。」

「AK Group」為台商在泰國曼谷創立的旅行社，黃詩媛經由學校推薦安排，今年1月前往泰國實習，整個年假期間都在當地度過，當時正值泰國旅遊旺季，她親驗體驗泰國旺盛的旅遊業，更燃起畢業後想到泰國就業的想法。

黃詩媛說，當初得知泰國實習機會，很多同學跟她有一樣的想法，想要出去看看，想要來一場不一樣的「Working holiday」，卻因為父母親反對，認為泰國是個政局不安、落後的地方作罷，很慶幸自己的父母支持讓她出去闖一闖。

黃詩媛在實習期間，負責旅行社行政及行銷工作，包含確認名單、行程導覽及中文介紹、部落格經營、拍照、DM設計等，上午7時上班、下午4時下班，有時因為業務需求還需要加班至更晚。

黃詩媛說，在泰國實習時沒有靠山，就是訓練自己獨立的最佳機會，泰國並非刻板中落後，反而是個正在起飛的國家，旅遊事業更是蓬勃發展。

黃詩媛說，到泰國實習後，她認為台灣學生在當地具有競爭力，泰國民族性較樂天，台灣學生耐操、素質又好。

佛光大學公共事務系主任陳尚懋說，今年暑假實習單位還會增加雜誌社、文創咖啡及佛光山道場等，提供更多實習機會讓學生有不一樣的體驗，未來將擴及緬甸、菲律賓等國。
